Transfer Napster Songs to iPod, Zune,etc

Most of the protected video and music downloaded online like Rhapsody, Napster, ruckus, Bearshare , Spiral Frog are all DRM files. so you can't imort them to itunes for iPod directly, here I will take Napster as example to tell how to put these protected songs from Rhapsody, Napster, Bearshare, Spiral Frog to iPod, zune.

As is known to everyone, Napster music has the DRM protection which avoid customer playing or converting the downloaded music with other incompatible devices and if you don't keep paying you can't keep the music when the subscription expired .

And Here is a list of Napster compatible devices:
Phone: SYNC by Samsung, Samsung black jack, MOTOROKR Z6m
MP3: Sony A818 Walkman, Creative Zen version: M, Toshiba qiqabeat T – Series

So if you want to play the Napster protected music with other incompatible players (like iPod and Zune) and keep the music forever, you should remove the DRM from Napster first.

This guide will show you how to convert Napster protected wma files to iPod, Zune, PSP, Cell Phone, etc

Part 1. Convert Napster protected music files to unprotected MP3 with a specialized DRM converter

Step 1. Run Daniusoft Digital Music Converter, click on "Add" to import DRM Napster file.



Step 2. Choose "MP3" as output audio formats, the default setting works great, If you want to customize the output Audio, you can click the "Settings" button to open the Settings window and set audio Sample Rate, Audio Channel, bit rate, encoder, etc. See the figure below:



3. Start remove drm by click on "Start".

Part 2. Transfer Napster Music to iPod, Zune
After you remove DRM from Napster Music, just follow below steps to add the Music to iPod.

1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your music to iTunes library.
2. plug in your iPod to computer, then iTunes will detect your iPod as a device.
3. Select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Music" tab, check the Music you want to sync and click "Apply"

Sync Napster Music to Zune with Zune software:
Run Zune software, connect your Zune device to computer via USB cable, then the Zune software will detect your Zune player. Drag the converted Napster Music to Zune software and click "Start to sync", then your Music will be transferred to Zune
