How to put iTunes Music songs on Motorola Droid

Q:I just got the new Motorola Droid, is it possible for me transfer my Itunes library to Droid phone?

A: As the music songs movie downloaded or purchased from iTunes have DRM license protection, those are the songs you won't be able to play on Droid or anything else but an Apple device unless you have the DRM removed. Here's the method I use to get the iTunes I want over to my Droid phone.

What we need is Daniusoft DRM Converter, it can handle with all types of media files including DRM encrypted protected music movie files, common Video Audio HD video, Audible audio book, and it's now fully compatible with windows 32/64 bit, windows 7.

Now let's start, with only 3 simple steps, we can strip itunes music DRM and get itunes songs to play on Droid.

1. Free Download Daniusoft DRM Converter, install and run it.

2. Click"Add" to import iTunes Protected content(Video movie tv shows music,etc) to Media Converter pro.

3. Select output format compatible with Droid
For Audio, just choose convert Audio to" MP3- MPEG Layer - 3 Audio(.*mp3)".
As Droid can only play MP4, WMV Video files, so for video, just choose convert Video to "MPEG-4 Movie(.MP4) ".

The default setting works great. If you want to customize the output audio and video, you can click the "Settings" button next to the format field to open the Settings window and set resolution, frame rate, bit rate, encoder, etc. See the figure below:

 

 

Step 3.Click"Start" to remove iTunes DRM and convert itunes files to Motorola Droid

 

 

Transfer converted iTunes music to Droid

After conversion finished, we can copy iTunes DRM-free music files on Verizon Motorola Droid directly

1. Connect your Droid  to your computer using the USB data cable that came with the Droid.

2. Then drag down the notification bar on your phone and select "USB Connected", touch the "Mount" button/icon on your Droid's screen.

3. Click the "Start" menu and select "Computer" or "My Computer."

4. Click on the icon labeled "Removable Device" that corresponds to your microSD card on your phone.

5. You can now drag and drop any song you want into the "Removable Device" folder and it will transfer to your Droid.
